Update the free tier amounts shown for prod env

Currently, all environments are displaying the free tier as 1GB of storage, 100 minutes of streaming, and 3,000 AI tokens.

However, this configuration should only apply to the develop and staging environments.

We've updated the production free tier to more realistic limits: 2GB of storage, 100 minutes of streaming, and 10,000 AI tokens.
