Restrict organizations from giving course reviews

organizations typically purchase courses and assign licenses to a limited number of members. These assigned members are the ones who actively engage with the course content and, after the minimum required course completion, are eligible to leave a review.
However, allowing the organization account itself (which doesn't directly participate in the learning process) to submit a review does not make sense for me. what do you think @Mattia Vaccari
