Profile Settings modal shows incorrect save confirmation in new organization

When closing the Profile Settings modal, the behavior is inconsistent across organizations:

• In my original organization, closing the modal works as expected. No confirmation dialog appears if no changes are made.

• In a newly created organization, even without making any changes, closing the Profile Settings modal triggers a confirmation dialog asking if I want to save changes.

This is misleading because the user hasn’t actually edited anything.

Steps to Reproduce:

1. Log in and switch to the new organization.

2. Open the Profile Settings modal.

3. Close the modal without making any changes.

4. Notice a save confirmation dialog appears incorrectly.

Expected Behavior:
The save confirmation dialog should only appear if the user has actually made changes in the profile form. If no changes are made, closing the modal should dismiss it directly without prompting.
