Issues with space/course invites

Issue 1: I was invited as an internal member of the organization via a link, but I see the course and space in my personal account instead of the organization account.This only happens when we invite someone to space/course via link.

Issue 2: When I invite someone to a space as a member, they should not have access to the course and should not appear in the space. In the space preview everything looks correct (empty), but when I open the space, I still see the course even though I don’t have access to it
