Front-End Rewriting with Nuxt

We have to rewrite the current front-end using the latest version of Nuxt. The new implementation will require the following integrations:

• Design System Token-Based: Implementing a token-based design system to ensure consistency across the UI components on Figma.

• Component-Based Testing: Setting up Storybook and Chromatic for component-based testing to improve UI component quality and facilitate collaboration.

• End-to-End Testing + Visual Regression Testing (VRT): Integrating end-to-end tests and visual regression testing to ensure the application functions as expected across all scenarios and maintains visual integrity.

This task will lay the foundation for a scalable and maintainable front-end with improved testing and design consistency.
