fix infrastructure transactions

events are missing from infrastructure transactions because the events created during processing are not being passed into the CreateTransactionDto.

Additionally, we need to fix the issue where transactions with an amount of 0 are not appearing in the transactions list.
we need also show platform subscription under usage subscriptions tab
