Finalize and optimize the terms and conditions page

• rarely space is inserted between tabs. suggestion: remove it.

• increase the side margin of the tabs.

• improve the layout of the body text by increasing the side margins.

• improve the vertical scrolling of the page to the footer (see video)

• complete the last page of the "terms & conditions)
