Displayed number of courses inside a folder is flaky

After creating a course inside a folder the displayed number on the folder for number of courses is not consistent.

steps to reproduce

1. Create a space with a folder
2. Create a course inside the folder

3. Refresh the page and open the space

What to see: check the number of courses from the folder preview
