Playing a reel with audio in the feed and then opening it causes the audio to overlap.

Fix Duplicate Reels Issue:
Resolve the issue where duplicate reels appear when a user navigates to a profile or organization and selects the Reels tab to view created reels.

Increase Video Upload Limit:
Update the storage-context collection to allow video files up to 100MB in the social domain.

Integrate Video Compression:
Implement video file compression before upload or processing, leveraging a similar pipeline as the current image compression handled via Cloudinary.

Preprocess Before Filters (Pintura SDK): ensure that video optimization (compression) is applied before any Pintura SDK filters or effects are processed through the Cloudinary API to reduce processing time and improve performance.
